Stress Helpers

Everyone experiences anxiety and stress at some point in their life, it may be continuous or situational but every now and then the discomfort of the two pop in to say hello.

Since I’ve become a mom anxiety and I have never been more close. It’s been a daily battle but I’ve gotten better and learned some things that have become a wonderful help In managing and allowing me to thrive. In the following posts I’ll be sharing some of my all time favorite ways to combat stress and anxiety.

Below is a quick list of the products I use daily/weekly for anxiety and stress

  • Ashwaganda (tincture & powder) (breastfeeding friendly)
  • Valerian root (tincture)
